| Qualifications | 1. Pass in Plus Two Examination conducted by the Kerala Board of Higher Secondary Education, or an equivalent examination recognized by the Government of India or Kerala. 2. Male physical standards: height 168 cm and chest 81 cm with 5 cm expansion; SC/ST minimum height is 160 cm. Male candidates must qualify in five of eight Physical Efficiency Test events and run 2 km within 13 minutes. 3. Female physical standards: height 157 cm; SC/ST minimum height is 150 cm. Female candidates must qualify in five of nine Physical Efficiency Test events and run 2 km within 15 minutes. 4. Both male and female candidates must meet the prescribed hearing, vision and general medical standards. |
